Studio AI catalog voice improvements and mobile inventory scan

Studio AI — catalog voice profiles. The AI catalog writer now supports custom voice profiles. You can train the model on your past writing by pasting up to 5,000 words of existing catalog text into Settings → Studio AI → Voice. The model will match your vocabulary, sentence length, and register for all future catalog drafts.

Mobile inventory scan. The iOS and Android apps now support barcode-style rapid entry for new works. Open the camera, photograph the artwork, speak the title and price, and the work is logged. For galleries receiving large consignments, this cuts intake time by roughly 60%.

Consignment portal — artist view redesign. Artist portal pages are now cleaner and load faster. Artists can see all their works in your inventory, filter by status, and download their consignment agreement PDFs directly.

Bug fixes.

  • Fixed: exhibition artworks occasionally appearing in wrong sort order after drag-reorder
  • Fixed: PDF catalog export failing for exhibitions with more than 48 works
  • Fixed: collector email campaign not sending to segments with Unicode characters in the filter name

Multi-location support, loan agreements, and Stripe Connect

Multi-location inventory. You can now define multiple physical locations (main gallery, storage, off-site) and track which art objects are at each location. Location moves are recorded as transactions in the audit log. Filter your inventory by location from the main list.

Loan agreement generator. Lending a work to a museum or institution now produces a standard loan agreement PDF with all required fields: borrower details, loan period, insurance value, and condition notes. The template is editable in Settings → Documents.

Stripe Connect for galleries. Instead of requiring a direct Stripe API key, Galexivo now uses Stripe Connect. This means your collectors pay you directly — Galexivo never touches the funds. Setup takes under two minutes if you already have a Stripe account.

Public site — Atelier template. A new public gallery template is available: Atelier. It uses a serifed, editorial typographic approach suited to galleries with a literary or art-writing focus. Switch templates in Settings → Public site → Template.

Bug fixes.

  • Fixed: imported CSV artworks not appearing in exhibition artwork picker
  • Fixed: blog post publish date incorrect for galleries in UTC+12 and beyond
  • Fixed: mobile navigation z-index conflict with full-screen image viewer

Public launch — Galexivo is now available

Galexivo is live.

After 18 months of private beta with 23 gallery partners, we are opening registration to all galleries. Here is what is available on day one:

Inventory management. Full transaction-log-based inventory with artwork and art object tracking, consignment agreements, purchase and sale records, and location tracking.

Exhibitions. Create, publish, and archive exhibitions. Each exhibition generates a public page on your gallery site automatically. Artworks in the show are linked and can be purchased directly.

Public gallery site. Choose from two templates (Luminary and Obsidian). Your site is deployed to your Cloudflare Pages project with automatic SSL. Custom domain support included from day one.

CRM. Contact records with purchase history, exhibition attendance, and collector preferences. Send segmented emails to your collector list directly from Galexivo.

Studio AI. Artwork descriptions, blog posts, catalog introductions, and newsletter drafts — all generated in your gallery’s voice and editable before publishing.

Print catalogs. Export print-ready PDFs for any exhibition, compatible with Amazon KDP and standard print-on-demand services.

Pricing. Solo plan (free, 1 gallery), Studio plan ($29/month), Pro plan ($99/month). No per-seat fees. Full feature comparison at galexivo.com/pricing.

We are grateful to our beta partners for the feedback, patience, and trust that made this possible.
