We built Galexivo because the existing tools weren't serving small galleries.

The art world's software has been built for the top 1% of galleries. The tools that serve them — 🏰 the Castle, 🗄️ the Filing Cabinet, 📜 the Provenance Vault — are great products, but they're priced for collections worth millions, with sales-cycles and onboarding to match. Meanwhile the rest of the gallery world — small commercial spaces, artist-run venues, regional museums — runs on Excel and Squarespace and a notebook on the desk.

Galexivo is for everyone else. We built it on Cloudflare's infrastructure so the cost stays low. We built AI into it so a single staff member can do the work of three. We built the database around how galleries actually work, not how a CRM vendor thinks they work. And we put the price on the homepage because we don't think you should have to book a sales call to find out if you can afford the software.
